I drink 4C Energy Citrus Rush http://www.4c.com/Kitchen/totallylight.php

It's convenient (little single serving pouches), it's got caffeine (but not over the top) all the B vitamins (for sustained energy) and taurine (which has been independently shown to have some pretty healthful benefits: fights fatigue, may prevent weight gain, and even though I'm not one, taurine has some really positive side effects for diabetics)

I drink one pouch with one quart of filtered tap water daily(bottled water is just filtered tap water, don't kid yourself... and its extraordinarily wasteful and expensive), but TWO on work days (as I'm on my feet in a very stressful environment with low O2 levels, and it really does make a difference).

also, I like it because its not creating the massive waste like all the cans and bottles of other energy drinks, nor is it using up so much fuel to deliver it. there's like 20 pouches in a box for only $4.50 (or $73,000 Canadian), versus $2.50 for one can of Amped or Red Bull.

And it doesn't have that vomitty acid taste like all the others.

I mainly drink water at home and work.
I have a water bottle at work that I keep refilling from the water cooler and keep in the shop fridge. At home I just drink tap water from the fridge water dispensor.

I also drink some Gatorade or Powerade on a regular basis (1-3 per week).

Sometimes I like a Starbucks in the morning, and a cola or Mountain Dew during the day. I really try to keep these to a minimum (0-3 per week). They can become addicting for me.

I have never tried an energy drink, unless you count those last items above. Laughing The way Mountain Dew effects me, I couldn't image something stronger. Laughing

I drink mostly coffee... Once in a great while I also go with orange juice (no pulp), chocolate milk, sweet tea or one of my daughter's kool-aid's... But for the most part it's coffe from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed...

I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and then during the day a diet Lipton Green Tea. For supper I will drink either sweet tea or another green tea. I will sometimes have a glass of milk (plain if I'm lazy or chocolate if I want to mess with making it). I only drink a soda (mostly Dr. Pepper) if none of the above is available.
I will have to look into the stuff that 10k was talking about, sounds good.

LOL, just noticed that 10K...hey it should be only aboot $50000 Canadian right now with the exchange rate. Confused

I don't think we have that 4C Energy Citrus Rush drink here, though that does sound good.

I have my coffee every morning with either water or juice. Though I do take an energy drink to work every Friday afternoon, long day at work and it drags on and on......and on...

I don't like the taste of most of the energy drinks. Though I do like some of the XS flavors.
