when you spend 3 years looking for a new house and you find one and take your spouse there, she looks at it and says "we'll keep it in mind". then two days later, after much nudging your spouse agrees and says "that's the best house in the best location for the best price.... let's get it" this decision is made at midnight, you call the realtor at 10 AM, and she tells you it was sold at 9 am.

I hate that.

When I was 9 months pregnant with Mi6, hubby and I were looking for our 1st house to buy. I found this little bungalow that I knew was mine but agent called us back to say that someone out bid us. I refused to look at anymore houses because that little house was mine. Yes that same agent called back in few weeks to say that if we wanted to pay 500.00 more then this house was ours. Still here after 35 yrs and have added on to fit growing family. Its true, if you were meant to have it, it will be yours.

well, we're going to work the numbers with the realty office tomorrow on one that is similar, but a bit bigger, a bit newer, in a bit nicer area, a bit closer, and another 14K.

hopefully we get it... I'm tired of looking, and I want out of our condo asap.
