Hi,
I was told to go here by EC rain if I wanted someone to make me a banner. He said that somebody named Sponge was really good at making banners.
The banner has to be similar size to this one:
except my clan tag is 1337`. I would also like the spinning animation and cs 1.6 theme would be nice. *Note* - you can just the colors to black and green and add the tag 1337` for easier design.
If its not too much trouble, can someone make it for me?
