I conduct a search of a guy who is on felony probation for selling assault rifles. After we drag out about 7 gangbanger family members, get everyone handcuffed and happy, we walk dude into the house and he showes us the closet where he keeps his clothes. We open closet and find.....ANOTHER ASSAULT RIFLE!!!! He then tells a officer he new the gun was in the closet.
After 10 months of being continued in court, the district attorney droppes the case because of "insufficient evidence." He said the closet was located in a common area of the house, and one of hes POS friends is willing to say he put the gun there withought the dude knowing, and the DA dropped it!
Don't we all feel nice knowing another gun dealing gang banger just got away free because of a lazy Stanislaus County DA???

Awww, hell, Lasherman, we just need to raise taxes and create more welfare programs so that guys like him don't have to sell guns to be able to eat. Problem solved!

I feel for you bro, trust me it aint any different in Riverside County either, or many other California counties. Liberals in Sacramento have screwed us all and made DA's afraid of jury trials.
