UT....my thoughts on the demo and yours?

Well this just might be a very promising addition to what many considered a dead series.

The demo is really nice and instead of just one mission you get several and each one is really nice. The weapons are basically all the same but with updated looks.

The rocket launcher is a let down though because you can't load up six rockets like the original UT but you can load up 3 so it's not a total let down.

The basic pistol is weak but get 2 of them and then you got some firepower. This is my fav weapon when modded.

Graphics and maps....superb! I'm not crazy about vehicles especially in CTF because it makes it so freaking hard to get the flag!!! The DM and TDM are very frantic, fast paced and no place to camp...sorry Killjoy.....a really cool item is the personal hover craft......I pretty much forgot about getting the flag because I was just cruising around the map Smile

Sniper rifle.....very accurate and powerful...can you say "HEAD SHOT!" ?

All in all, very promising demo so I have high hopes the game stays true to it!

I give it an eight out of ten. It's a real cool game. I wish the rocket launcher had the same features as it did in the original UT, aside from the sweet new look. The gaming style is sweet, and I can't wait to see what excessive will be like. Twisted Evil

Well after playing the demo in MP I have some second thoughts about getting the game.

I wasn't all that impressed with how the game flows.
