Also IW is not the creator its another game creator Treyarch. The basically build for ps3 and xbox 360. Activision owns the rights to COD and wanted Iw to do the build but they basically said no it will take at least 2 yrs for a quality build. Activision wants to produce at least 1 a year. Buyer beware.
