I have my own way:
Person: Hello may I speak with Mr. or Mrs. <enter my last name here>?
Me: Is this some kind of joke?
Person: Um, what?
Me: If this is, I can trace this call and find you.
Person: Um, I'm only trying to sell something...
Me: OH SURE, THAT'S WHAT THEY ALL SAY!
Person: No, really, I only want to sell you a product.
Me: STILL LYING? OH I'M GOING TO [I hang up]
Works everytime.
