Dropped wife and kid off at the mall and went to see it.
It is definitely different and I did enjoy it ... and Will Smith can actually act.
Not a great ending though.

I saw it also...it was sad... but the special effects were great and it is difficult for an actor to have to work alone for most of a movie. I thought it was good. Will Smith can do more than comedy. Who knew?

I liked it, but a lot of people didn't. It's different from any movie, we are used to. A lot of people see it as just another zombie movie. Just have to watch it with an open mind i guess.

They dedicated the first hour to making you feel like crap, but it was really good either way. I definately enjoyed it.

I started listening to the audio book of this movie. It was written in the 1950's. The changed it up quite a bit from the book. I went and saw this movie on an IMAX screen... ! It was awesome! Great movie, Will was excellent (as usual), and a let down of an ending (although I kinda was prepared for it).

I am Legend the Graphic Novel is based off of Omega man, and the movie is well based off of the graphic novel which the book is based off of omega man.
I saw it Enjoyed it alot

Actually I am Legend was written in 1954 by Richard Matheson. It has been turned into movies on two other occasions. The Last Man on Earth in 1964 and The Omega Man in 1971. The graphic novel was based from the novel and updated to present time.

Really?! You should try the book. I have to admint I enjoyed the book more but I thought the movie was a great modernized version of it.
I am currently reading some of John Sandford's "Prey" series. Police/murder/mystery type books. They have been out for a while, but I am just now reading them.
