Good stuff dude, I used to play a lot of metalica back in the day, but i only like 3 albums of theirs.. MofP, Ride the Lightning, and Justice for all. For all you black album fans... look for another band. I just checked out the latest demo from metalica, they tried to hit their old roots, but missed by a long shot. They are no more... saw them live once at a show where 4 people died... that was a blast.
Im a halen fan, and can bust out some of that.. but my current fans are bad religion, nofx... oldies like buffalo springfield (cowgirl in the sand... cant beat it).
I've been playing for about 15 years... just cant play enough anymore, so busy... i have forgotten a lot of others songs.. made up a ton of my own though. I just need to figure out how to broadcast it.. no cameras here.

Nice work LS! That was awesome. I'm trying to learn One by Metallica. Got most of the intro, that is about it. Lol. What kind of guitar and amp do you have?? I have a Crate 65 watt amp and a Schecter S-1 elite guitar. You should put One on you tube for me!!! That would be sweet. Nice work.

And this is absolutely true, metallica hasnt been the same in a long time, st.anger was crap, as was this demo was crap.
i think you all should branch out into metal more, they arent the best metal band they arent even the best to what they do.
Go out pick up Exodus's Bonded by Blood
or Testaments Legacy, or Overkills under the infulence or feel the fire.
i can go on and on, but hey, check them out if you like great guitar work.

The guitar I use is a Ibanez RG 470, Boss GT3 Effects Pedel, GFX 212 120W Crate Amp (2 12" speakers). I if you noticed on "The Four Horsemen" there was a drum track I was playing along with. That program is called Guitar Pro 5. You can buy it at www.guitar-pro.com. The only down fall with the guitar pro program you will not be able to download any songs cause of copywrite protection on www.mysongbook.com. BUT if any of you but GP5 I would be gladly to send you the song files I do have though. I have thousands of em... I do play other music then Metallica. It's just that Metallica was the first band I started working on. I know Slayer, Pantera, Ozzy, Megadeth, Slipknot, Mudvayne, Skinnard, ZZTop, and so on. I can't solo that well cause I never really worked on thoughs parts I love playing Rymthm. I have been playin for about 7 years now if anyone is wondering. I do agree with all the albums before the black album being the best and after Black Album went down hill... NEWays enough of my rambling. Let me know if there is any songs you want me to try to play. I think I'll post one more Metallica song and that will be "One" after that it will be a different band. Take care all, see you in the game.....

You can get guitar pro tabs from the site listed above. Just search for the song you want and look for the proper download.

hummm looks like a very fun song, little more fingure work then I'm used to but kind of remembers me of a slayer type song. Might take me a few hours/days depending. Will see what I can do... L.S.

I own an Ibanez RG myself... its a great guitar with emg hummers... i also picked up a peavy valve king amp and love it to death.. never been more happy with an amp. I always have to have a tube or more. Solid state amps dont do it for me.
