AMAZINGLY ENOUGH I HAVE FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM!!!
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE FOR ALL U COMPUTER TECHS
I GUESS IN SOME LAPTOP THE BATTERY IS ALWAYS CONTROLING PARTS OF THE KEYBOARD. IF THE BATTERY IS TOTALLY DEAD AND WILL NOT TAKE A CHARGE, THE LAPTOP IS STILL SENDING SIGNALS FOR THE BATTERY TO WORK AND AT CERTAIN POINTS A KEY STROKE WILL BE MISSED...
TOOK THE BATTER OUT, AND WAAA---LLLLAAAA!!!!!
NO MISSING STROKES!
DONT NEED A NEW LAPPY, JUST NEED TO CLEAN THIS SUCKER UP ABIT!

That's interesting... We had a laptop at work that my temp uses to record cycle times and downtime issues... The battery in it was dead as a doornail, and even with the laptop plugged into the wall, it would not boot up at all... Removed the battery, and it works fine, although now it's a bit top heavy...
