Pretty far west off the coast of Australia. So if I start digging a hole, will I drown, by the time I get to the other side?

Don't want to be a buzz kill but..........Doesn't science prove that the Earths core is a super heated molten pit. So no one would drown or otherwise. You would just be very toasty.
