If you are a Firefox user (and everyone should be) you might want to upgrade to the newest 3.1 beta 3 which was just released. The improvements to speed are startling, and there are lots of nice updates to features.

Please do backup your profile before installing a new version of Firefox. You should be using MoxBackup at least once a week or so anyway, so you don't lose all your bookmarks, settings, extensions, passwords etc. in case of a crash.
