I like them both, and I do think IE 8 is an excellent browser.... but for me it's just easier to use Firefox, and I like my constantly updating AdBlock add-on.

I don't think there is anything really wrong with IE8. It's getting decent reviews. I just am so happy with Firefox, my 6 or 7 addons that I use every day and the clean appearance that I could never go back to IE. Just looks blocky and overdone to me now.

Speaking of... For some strange reason, I can't get either Facebook or Myspace to log me in. They both do the same thing... I type in my username/password and when I clicki log in it just takes me to a blank screen. No error or anything.
I've checked all the normal avenues like cookies and temp internet files... Any thing else? Works fine in IE btw.

They both utilize new features in the Java Runtime platform which is constantly updating. Now to utilize all of them you have to have both Java Scripting, and Java turned on in the Firefox settings. I know Myspace uses Flash player a lot too which can sometimes pose issues. If it isn't because of a Java Update, then I haven't the slightest.. because all are working OK for me.

Yea, all the java/flash stuff seems fine. And I know it worked in Firefox just a few weeks ago. May just have to bit the bullet and re-install.

I would tend to agree 100%. I even went so far as to turn cookies completely off.
