They are working on working Radiant in there for the mappers in the community so making new maps isn't entirely out of the picture. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't allow that though to make you pay for the DLC. But with Mod tools they will breath a little life into the pc version of Black Ops letting you play how you want with whatever game mode you want but of course on an unranked server.
