I figured out why my BFBC2 would not load. My router was not saving any of my settings when I was opening up the ports. I have done this many times before and knew I was doing it correctly, so didn't think to recheck my work. Well last night I did recheck, and that's when I discovered it was not taking any changes. Even though it said it was, everytime I logged back in there were no changes. I also could not update the firmware, but again it was saying the firmware update was successful.

I am not sure what it's real problem was, but after pushing the reset button three times it finally reset itself. Then all was well again. I updated to the new firmware, and BFBC2 now loads fine. Now you will have to teach me how to play.

I also need someone to tell me the correct way to put my game name and clan tag in. I see it asks for a name and clan tags seperately, but If I put in " Studdog " for the name and " {uZa} " for the clan tag will it come out correct? Or do I need to put the clan tag and name all in player name and leave tag blank? Or will the game not let us use " { } " curly brackets no matter what? Just want to get it right the first time, so thanks in advance!

I just put in {uZa}Jobbones, that way I don't have to add a clan tag. But you can do it either way

Awesome! I'm tired of racking up the same dog tags every time! Just a heads up: This game has an unusual way of making everyone very competitive, so loss of sanity is expected.

When you add friends, just put in the search bar, "{uZa}" and you get almost the entire clan that has BC2 in there and just send 'em all requests. Hope to game with y'all some time this week!
