Ok this may surprise some of you, that I am not perfect..all the time.  Kidding... Today one of my customers told me i made a mistake on their banking at the beginning of the month. Their $90 cable bill....I paid $900 on it.  I apologized and told her I would get the money back. She laughed and told me no worries.....she won't have to worry about it for awhile now. Only if all customers were like that...so kind. Ok I guess it is not that bad of a start... _________________

Yah, Her lawyer told her she could get about $900,000.00 for the emotional stress you caused her. So it's OK.
