The TEA Party rallies were a smashing success! Hundreds of thousands attended approximately 3,000 rallies. But the mainstream media and the "tax and spend" members of Congress still don't get it. So get ready for the American Freedom Day TEA Party rallies on July 4. Let's double the number of cities and attendees this time! And for those that think this is a Republican event, HERE"S YOUR SIGN! Both Political Parties are CRAP! I for one am disgusted with voting for the lesser of two evils EVERY time! We need a Statesman and not a Politician! I'm not going to just give away our country, I Love it too much!

If there is another one, I'd sure love to attend. I wish I could have gone to the first one. I love my country, and if we're going to attempt to retake it, I want to be apart of it.

Saw these on the news a bit ago, though didnt sound like a success on AFP, 2000 citys took part with only 80 some people and less at most of them, out of 18,000 american citys.
Good luck with the ones anyone here are attending, get our word out!

Good luck with the ones anyone here are attending, get our word out! It should have been a better turn-out, but I think most people had work and stuff. On July 4th most people are on holiday, so I think it will be a bigger turn out. Also a lot of people are pissed that the liberal media tried to slander the event, so that will bring even more out.

Good luck with the ones anyone here are attending, get our word out! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT believe anything the standard news media tells you. They have a vested interest in downplaying these Tea Parties. The turnout was actually better than many had hoped for and the energy they generated is hoped to continue and grow (of course only time will tell). Funny isn't it, when Bush was in office, and ACORN, MoveOn.org., and many others were railing against his administration, why this was patriotism in action. They were absolutely right to protest against Bush's administration and it was their civic duty to do so. of course those of us who advocate for liberty and less government are portrayed by the same news media that loved the anti-Bush crowd as a bunch of loons and anarchists. The duplicity is astounding.

The duplicity is astounding. so AFP an international news agency is so against the American right wing they are downplaying it? i thought CNN and MSNBC was doing that, i dont read their news nor watch it its to one sided especially Fox news. You should check out AFP.. them and Associated Press and BBC they are the best news agencys around, they dont take sides which most people should look for in the news http://www.afp.com/afpcom/en" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://www.ap.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://news.bbc.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
