THIS HAS ACTUALLY BEEN IN PLACE FOR SOME TIME NOW. THEY DRIVE AROUND IN VANS WITH A BUBBLE ON TOP AND CONTINUOUSLY TAKE FOTOS OF 360'. QUITE THE GIG TO JUST DRIVE UP AND DOWN EVERY STREET IN THE WORLD.

It would be hilarious  I just checked they came within a block of my house
