Well, I was hoping my amp setup was what was wrong, but after plugging in another guitar, I realized it was worse than I hoped: my new guitar is broken. This really sucks. I suppose the lesson here is buy a brand new guitar, not used ones.

I might be out of guitar right now, but I'm still dreaming! I hope to be able to play like this some day. I love this guy's music. It goes so far beyond being "hardcore". It's passionate, it's got soul, and it's just got incredible guitar work. I want to be able to play and create music like this.

resting my poor knee, me and my roomate went out mountain biking back on the weekend, and boy did things go south lol. Going about 25-30mph down a spine ridge in Spray valley, going down the trails everything felt find, except a group of deer decided right at the bend they would fly fright across the trail. ended up missing most them but my bike struck a small doe and i went flying over the hand bars taking out the deer and flying into a thicket of wild roses. smashed up my knee pretty bad and took a handle bar right into the groin which is um to say to least hurts the most, screw the knee save the balls!
was a very long bike ride out about 12 miles till we got back to the truck, at least there was steak and beer at our truck site.
