Three things to check.
1. In User Control Panel / Profile / Display Settings, make sure you have everything set to "yes"
2. Check under Help / About in your browser for the version. If Internet Explorer (shame) be sure it is version 7 or 8, not 6. If Firefox, be sure it is version 3.0 or better 3.1b3
3. Most likely... Download and install the latest Adobe Flash Player 10
What you are not seeing is a flash .swf movie. It requires a recent properly installed version of Adobe Flash Player plugin for your browser.
