From time to time folks have edited their profiles (to change a signature or avatar or other settings) and for some reason the date format displayed is changed and no longer works correctly.

It can be fixed by going to the field: "Date format:" in your User Control Panel / Profile and using the following code:

M d, Y h:i a

This is the standard PHP date() format for:

month (3 char abrev) day, year hour(12 hour format):seconds am/pm

So it looks like:
