The new version of phpBB calls the panels where you set up your profile "User Control Panel" instead of just "Profile" as on the old forum. You will find this link at the top of the page and can set up all kinds of stuff (board style, signature, avatar, timezone, etc.) in this area.

Try the "board styles" out. Each user can have his own style for the forums. I have installed a dozen or so and will add more as I find nice ones. Give it a try. You might especially like "K_Kitty"... ;-)

Also worth mentioning here, is the fact that if you enter in your Birthday in your profile, the site will announce it on the main forum page.

Don't worry, you can leave the year out so it doesn't announce your age! :)

Yep.. just fixed Waterboy's so it is announcing him now as TODAY IS HIS BIRTHDAY!
