Making some Ethiopian food tonight, inspired by my Ethiopian foreman lol
Making Kitfo a raw beef dish like steak tartare, its herbs and spices(spicey hot) and clarified butter that is spiced is tossed in it, serving that with a injra bread its a thin Ethiopian bread, and served with collared greens and many pints of IPA to counter all the piri piri chilies in it

Good morning, my friend! Keep warm! :)

We've had sub-zero temperatures (in Celcius, that is) for some time now. ;;1

Not even cold enough to think about complaining over here. We've had our days of cold, but that's it. The fronts last no more than three days and it's back up to an average of 65 to 71. Bugger!!

Oh, well, I'm just happy having a drum kit in the house to give me something to do when I'm home alone and bored. Plus, it's a great stress reliever, and so is working out. :)

Don't know why, because this is definitely not my style, but I dig this song. Maybe it's because the sweet guitar solo towards the bridge.
