Every night, I usually start gaming after my wife goes to bed at 9:00pm est.
I play a few different games throughout the week, but mainly Borderlands 2, PlanetSide 2, Black OPS 2 Zombies.

I think we should plan on doing Friday and Saturday nights at 9:00pm est for PlanetSide 2.
Remember to put on your uZa Tags. ;)
You can't use brackets, so here is how I did mine: uZaStuddog
If we can get enough uZa Members, we could get create a platoon and take over a ton of bases.

Waited for an hour on Teamspeak and no one showed up.
I guess the days of getting uZa together are over.
Seems like everything died when Gomer left.
Now it's hard for me to get any uZa gamers together for anything.
Other than a few uZa members, I haven't seen or gamed with a lot of uZa members in ages.

Is there nothing that can pull us together again?

I have better luck finding people to game with on a regular basis by making friends with strangers in games I play. :(

I miss everyone! x03

More than half of the old clan doesn't even visit the forums anymore. A few have personal reasons for why they don't visit the site anymore (reasons that I actually find ridiculous, to be honest, assuming they are true). Nowadays, games either attract one group, or another. Old Call of Duty was so simple, and I think that's what drew us all together with it. You join the server, pick a gun you like, jump in and just play. The only objective was to kill the other team, and it was just relaxing, simple, an easy concept to adapt to.

Today's games have much more complexity in them. Not that that's a bad thing, but what it does is it will draw certain people to it, and turn certain people away from it. I like playing Planetside 2; I enjoy it because we were all getting together, and there was a lot to do. Only thing I didn't like was the persistent crashes, and how it just beat the crap out of my computer's specs. It was never really about efficiently taking over the battlefield. But for some of the guys, they just didn't like it. For them, it was too hard to get used to.

I tried, and am still willing to try and get some of the guys into Borderlands 2. Can't have everyone in at once, but it is a fun game to play when you have four people to play with.

But I don't think things will be like the old days again. Times change, and that's really it. Not saying we shouldn't try and bring everyone together again, but there was no game like Call of Duty or Unreal Tournament that really brought the clan together for some good old fashion fun.

Simple fun gaming is all that's needed. We still have a team fortress 2 server running, thanks to Innocent. It has bots on at the moment. The game is now free. Go give it a go. I got caned by the bots on my own :) Pushing the cart is still a fun game.

Nice idea Renegade! :P

FREE!!!! That means there are no excuses for not playing.

Maybe we should try to get a saturday night thing going on TF2.

I am sure everyones PC can handle it and it's free, so is there any interest in getting together???

I bought the game when it was new and didn't get to play it much, so I would be happy to play.

If anyone is interested, speak up and let's do it. 8-)

Seems wrong to be in a gaming clan that doesn't do any gaming together, so let's change that! ;)

If we can get enough folks to jump on and play, I'm in. Another thing that was so attractive with old Call of Duty was the fact that we were able to modify the game. Remember the days when we could create our own maps, mods and so forth? Good times. It was the simplistic style of gameplay, and the custom maps, along with modifying the game slightly that made it all the more fun to play.

Speaking of modding, Team Fortress 2 also has strong modding tools, and is a part of Steam's Workshop feature, which makes it much easier to add third-party content to the game and servers. I'm sure once we figure out how to make it work, we can add all kinds of cool stuff. 8-)

I didn't know all that Mr.Brightside, that makes it even more interesting. 8-)

I have been sending out invites and it looks like there is a lot of interest in playing Team Fortress 2 on Saturday night.
Hopefully we will have a great time.

Be sure to invite as many as you can, and let's make it a good time!

And those of you that read this post, be sure to make a comment if you plan on joining.

I will be on around 9pm EST.

I still play COD UO i know no ones into that anymore but i enjoy it some nights to blow off steam. TF2 i can play, planetside 2 that kinda messes up my laptop its all i have to game right now. I have way to many other things to do before dropping a ton on a PC(travel and rent and my dogs lol) So kinda limited on certain games, i mostly play on console these days. The new Tomb Raider is a fun game.

{uZa}CPTKILZALL AND I ARE STILL PLAYING COD2 ALMOST EVERY SAT NIGHT. WE DESPERATELY WANT TO PLAY OUR MDRN WPNS SERVER BUT CAN'T GET ENOUGH PLAYERS TO MAKE IT A GAME. WE HAVE TO RESORT TO PLAYING ON THE OUTLAW SERVER[which we hate with a passion and try occasionally to recruit to our server, even at the risk of being kicked off for advertising another server].
COD2 IS STILL A FUN GAME AND ONLY $9.99 NOW DAYS. WITH OUR MODERN WEAPONS SERVER YOU SOMEWHAT GET THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS, OLD TIME SIMPLE FUN WITH NEWER WEAPONS AND THE GUNSHIP AND NAPALM AND ARTTY AND MORTARS AND LANDMINES AND TRIPWIRES AND...WELL YOU GET THE PICTURE.
IF YOU WANT TO FLY A PLANE, DRIVE A TANK OR A JEEP, OR USE ACKACK ON THE PLANES, WE HAVE OUR VEHICLE SERVER. IT IS A BLAST TRYING TO CAPTURE THE FLAG USING AN AIRPLANE. I PREFER THE P51 BUT IT IS AUTO ASSIGN SO I DON'T ALWAYS GET IT. THE ME109 AND STUKKA ARE FUN TOO. EVEN {uZa}STUDDOG HAS COME IN , IN THE PAST, AND WE HAVE SOME KNOCKDOWN DRAGOUT AIR BATTLES. BOTH HE AND I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE CRIMSON SKIES MULTIPLAYER, A TOTAL FLYING GAME, AND THIS SOMEWHAT SATIATES THAT.
AS MANY OF YOU KNOW I CAN'T PLAY THE NEW GAMES FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR OR SO, JUST TOO MUCH STUFF ON THE SCREEN, I GET HEADACHES AND I HATE THE RANKING SYSTEM. I CAN'T MOVE FROM SPAWN CAUSE SOME GOOBER WHO PLAYS 24/7 HAS EVERY WEAPON AVAILABLE TO THEM AND TONS OF ARMOR TO THE POINT I SHOOT THEM WITH 20 ROUNDS AND THEY TURN AND KILL ME WITH ONE SHOT. NOT FUN!!!!
JUST LIKE {uZa}BRIGHTSIDE SAYS, YOU PICK A COUPLE OF YOUR FAVORITE WEAPONS AND PLAY, JUST THAT SIMPLE.
AS IN THE PAST, YOU SEE RON AND I IN TEAMSPEAK JUST COME ON IN AND WE WILL DUMP OUTLAW IN A FAT MINUTE AND GO TO OUR SERVER.
THE FEW {uZa} THAT HAVE JOINED US IN THE PAST END UP LAUGHING OUR ASSES OFF AND HAVING A GREAT TIME. REMINDS US OF DAYS PAST.
WELL, WE WILL BE THERE WITH OR WITHOUT YOU , BUT IT SURE IS A LOT MORE FUN WITH OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS AT {uZa}.

Yup, All of our servers have the 98.175.131.243 IP Address. The first server of each game will be on the default port, and any additional servers running the same game will have a slightly different port as seen in all the ports listed for the games above.
