The PowerEdge 2600 that the Team Speak Server was sitting on started crashing Monday. This server is at least 11 years old and procured from a client over 5 years ago when they retired it for a more powerful server. I was simply using it for a server to test mods/maps and for our Team Speak Server.
It would crash/power off for no reason, and the only way to get it to reboot was to remove the power cord and plug it back in, then it would run for a lil while longer than crash/shut off again for no reason. So I am thinking failing power supply. As a result the Team Speak Server was moved to Dallas yesterday with our {uZa}ExtremeTX server. I'll bring that server back to life later to use it for something else after I move offices.
If you are connecting via DNS, aka server name ts.uzaclan.com, then you do not need to change anything. I have changed the DNS settings and your computer will pick up these changes and automatically redirect you to the proper server based on DNS/IP resolution. If you put an IP address in for the teamspeak server, please change that ip to the DNS name instead. ts.uzaclan.com
