Man I hate doing these things, Gene passed away yesterday. I don't really have much detail as I never joined the {uZa} facebook page, but that is where Jesse (Twilight has posted) Having Fun told me. I really am sorry for your loss and pass that to your mum too. I never did take up his invite to visit whenever I wanted. He was a good friend, and we used to have some great times gaming, back in the day,sadly like many of us, we have not been in contact for a long time.

RIP! Gene. I remember playing COD2 on Saturday Nights with you back in the day.
Tomorrow night we plan on playing his map over and over with different game types as part of the mix!

with the sadness this post brings, I'm proud to be uZa. A sat night with map dedication is a great idea and fitting for a fallen member. Game on brother.

I think this is a great idea but the days of getting back up at 2AM to play COD are long gone for me  I remember getting up at 3AM one Sunday morning back in the good old UO days. I am pretty sure Scorp was there. We played Barbarosa a huge map. First to 5000 kills or an hour. Then I went back to bed. I know a lot of you guy's liked and still do play COD 2 but the original and especially UO plus the ladder match competitions we used to have were always my favourite. Have fun Y'all

Wow. This makes me really sad. I know I haven’t been around in a while. Gene was the person that helped punch my ticket here. I was just thinking about him last week.
